Dr. Nadav Fields is the medical director at NeuPath Mind Wellness. Dr. Fields received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and completed his master’s degree in Biomedicine at Florida Atlantic University. He graduated from Touro College of Medicine New York and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona.

He is double board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Fields is trained in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy by the Preventative & Innovative Medicine Academy. Additionally, he is certified in Peptide Therapy and completed training with Dr. William Seeds, the world’s leader in Cellular and Peptide Therapy.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nadav has worked in the emergency department, general medical ward, and in intensive care unit settings. It was here that he witnessed the sequelae of poor nutrition and lifestyle choices, which resulted in accelerated aging, obesity, heart disease, strokes, and premature death.

With growing frustrations in our healthcare system where we mostly focus on treating current disease states and alleviating symptoms, Dr. Fields became increasingly interested in Preventative Health with a focus on proactive not reactive medicine. This path eventually led him to NeuPath Mind Wellness, where he can now engage, educate and empower his patient’s to reach their health destiny.
